The family-run SOFIS COOKIES has roots in Asia Minor. During the exchange of populations, grandmother Sophia moved to Chalkidiki, among her things, and he was carrying a secret recipe for delicious cookies! This recipe used by the son of George and managed to make the mother’s name famous, all over Greece!
