HONEY & ALMOND LENTEN COOKIES
This particular combination is quite beneficial to the organism for the following reasons: As it is widely known, honey is great source of carbohydrates. Honey consists of approximately 17% water, 82.5% carbohydrates and 0.5% protein. It has no fat at all! The almond covers this absence of fat with its beneficial omega 3 amino acids and the abundance of other favorable elements that highly benefit the organism.
